Waxing

For best results, hair should be at least 1/4 inch in length. You should refrain from using waxing as a hair removal method if you are using Retin-A (currently or in the past 3 months), Accutane (currently or in the past 6 months), other medication that increase skin exfoliation, or are sunburned or recovering from a recent laser peel. If you are under the care of a dermatologist, please check with your doctor before any waxing services.

* Please provide 24 hours notice on cancellations. No-shows will be charged 100% of service fee.

* Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment to prevent delays of others. The full fee will still be charged.

* Please mute all cell phones. Relax and enjoy the quiet time you have with us and be respectful those enjoying the Spa.

* Please leave jewelry and valuables at home. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for lost or damaged items.

* To provide a serene environment, please no unaccompanied children under the age of 14.

* Tipping – As in most service establishments, tipping is appropriate – generally from 15-20% depending on how wonderful your experience was. An 18% gratuity will be automatically added for groups of four or more.
